Refunds & Credits Policy
How Seedance 2.0 handles subscriptions, credit packs, cancellations, and billing issues.
Subscriptions
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate unused days.
Credit packs
Credits are consumed per second of generation. Credits are non-refundable once used and expire 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise.
Failed renders
If a render fails due to our system, we automatically re-credit the consumed amount. For edge cases, contact billing support with the job ID.
Charge disputes
Contact billing support via the contact page within 14 days of a charge. Disputes opened directly with your bank may delay resolution.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are added based on your billing address.
