Usage Restrictions

When using our AI agent services, you may not:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
  • Generate false information or misleading content.
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original content you input into our AI agent systems.

AI Generated Content: The copyright of content generated through our AI agents belongs to you. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize this content freely.

Our Intellectual Property: The ITSAI Agent platform, AI models, algorithms, and related technologies are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us.

5. Paid Services and Refunds

We offer both free and paid AI agent services. Paid terms include:

  • All prices are calculated in US dollars and may be adjusted for VAT.
  • Subscriptions are charged monthly with automatic renewal.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
  • Unused service calls do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons; we will aim to notify users in advance.

Our AI agent services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Users should review AI-generated content and assume the risks of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
